Description:
An Ice Release technique formed from already existing ice. After forming the needed hand seal the caster will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.
Each round, all targets within the area of this technique take 30d6 points of cold damage, and gain a cumulative -1 penalty to their fortitude and reflex saves. Also, the targets are lifted up into the air equal to the caster's level x 5 feet per round, though a fortitude save negates this effect. Movement inside the blizzard is cut in half, and it is considered difficult terrain, a character who fails their fort save cannot move. At the end of 4 rounds, all targets in the blizzard are dropped to the ground, and suffer fall damage, unless they have a fly speed, can fly or use chakra to soften their landing (every 10 feet fallen by a character is 1d6 points of damage).
