The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a Water Release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra.

This technique deals 4d6 points of damage with a single sphere of water. The user may instead sacrifice a standard action during their turn to charge chakra for an additional sphere (if in combat they must make a concentration check) each action sacrificed in this way grants the user an additional water sphere. They may continue to accumulate spheres to an amount equal to 1/2 their caster level. Additional spheres do 4d6 points of damage and allow the target to make additional reflex saves.

Each step on the size chart that the jutsu user is larger than medium, grants an increase in damage die (large makes it d8, huge d10, gargantuan d12, colossal d20)
