The Water Release: Water Bullet Technique is a highly versatile Water Release technique which has many variations. After kneading chakra in their stomach, the user expels a large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target.
This technique has three basic variations in form, though the damage they deal is the same, regardless of the area of the technique. This technique deals 4d4 points of bludgeoning damage + 1d4 every 5 caster levels the user has. A successful reflex save reduces this damage by half.
The most common use of this technique is a stream of water, which takes the shape of a cone, the length of the cone is equal to the range of this technique.
This technique may also take the form of a line, changing the damage from bludgeoning to piercing.
Lastly this technique can be a 30 foot burst, which can be shot anywhere within the range to deal the same amount of damage to all targets in the area, as well as initiating a bull rush attempt against each target with a bonus on the opposed Strength checks equal to your caster level.
