The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. The level's activation is depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest.
This jutsu grants the user an increase to their armor class equal to one half their caster level, rounded down. This addition is a stacking deflection bonus. The user also gains a speed boost equal to their caster level x 5, and a bonus on Reflex and Fortitude saves equal to one half their caster level, rounded down. The user gains an additional attack at their highest attack bonus. This bonus to the Fortitude save does not apply to Wind Style jutsu, nor any jutsu enhanced with Wind Style (such as ice kekkei genkai, or a fireball with wind nature charka mixed in by a feat or another ability)
