This technique causes a mist to spring forth by either lifting up water from a pre-existing source, or expelling water from their mouth.They can then go in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
A bank of fog billows out from the point you designate. The fog obscures all sight, including Sharingan and Rinnegan, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can’t use sight to locate the target). The Byakugan can see through this fog, and bypasses this miss chance.
A moderate wind (11+ mph) disperses the fog in 4 rounds; a strong wind (21+ mph) disperses the fog in 1 round.
