Requires Shadow Sewing Technique
After trapping the target with the Shadow Sewing Technique, the user can then manipulate the shadow to bring them closer to themselves.
Target is allowed to roll a new Saving Throw upon their turn in order to break the jutsu.
For every 5 ft of distance between the caster and the target beyond 300 ft, the target gets a +1 to their fortitude save. Within 300 ft, the caster gets a +1 to the DC of their fort save for every 5 ft of distance between the two creatures.
